One judge’s ruling left Kamala Harris grinning from ear to ear

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are facing the first legal challenges to their radical agenda.

Americans that support traditional values got some bad news.

And that’s because one judge’s ruling left Kamala Harris grinning from ear to ear.

On January 20, Joe Biden signed an executive order forcing schools to allow boys to dress in girls locker rooms.

“Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports,” Biden’s executive order read.

The order stated that the administration would enforce this rule against any school in America that tried to uphold the basic principle that boys did not belong in girl’s bathrooms or changing areas.

“It is the policy of my Administration to prevent and combat discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation, and to fully enforce Title VII and other laws that prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation,” the order added.

A Christian college in Missouri, the College of the Ozarks, sued the Biden administration claiming that Biden could not force private religious institutions to violate their faith by mandating it put biological males in women’s dorms.

Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri ruled in favor of the administration.

Judge Ketchmark was appointed by President Barack Obama in 2015.

This was a severe blow to religious liberty in America and it foreshadows a contentious four years of First Amendment litigation.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are pushing the most anti-family, anti-traditional value agenda in American history.

And it appears they will have help from some friendly judges in restricting the right of religious Americans and institutions to live their faith.
