Prince Harry just attacked America in this sick way

Prince Harry will always find a way to get on the public’s bad side.

Harry can’t help himself.

And Prince Harry just attacked America in this sick way.

Mike Lee slams Prince Harry for attacking the First Amendment

Over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) ridiculed Prince Harry over comments Harry made attacking the First Amendment.

Lee found it ridiculous that Prince Harry – a descendent of the tyrannical King George III – would mock America’s Constitutionally protected right to free speech.

“Love being lectured on the U.S. Constitution by an actual prince,” Lee began.

“Not just any prince, but a direct descendant — through both his mother and his father —of King George III,” Lee added.

It was King George’s madness that led to the Founding Fathers declaring America’s independence and then enshrining for the first time ever the right for people to speak freely without government restrictions.

What Prince Harry said

In a 2021 interview on the Armchair Experts podcast hosted by Dax Shepperd, Harry attacked the First Amendment as “bonkers”.

“I’ve got so much I want to say about the First Amendment as I sort of understand it, but it is bonkers,” Harry stated.

Harry was angry that the press got to report on him and Meghan Markle without fear of lawsuits or censorship.

“I don’t want to start going down the First Amendment route because that’s a huge subject and one which I don’t understand because I’ve only been here a short time. But, you can find a loophole in anything. You can capitalize or exploit what’s not said rather than uphold what is said. I believe we live in an age now where you’ve got certain elements of the media redefining to us what privacy means. There’s a massive conflict of interest,” Harry added.

Harry’s broadside against free speech is consistent with the prevailing view on the Left.

Liberals used to believe in the principle of “I may disagree with what you say, but I’ll fight for your right to say it.”

Ever since Donald Trump won the 2016 election, the attitude shifted to where liberals now deem speech they disagree with as “violence” and “dangerous” on the grounds that it’s “misinformation.”

Misinformation is now broadly described as views, opinions, or facts that contradict the narrative the Democrat Party wishes the public to believe is “truth.”

Examples of this are how social media companies banned anyone who said COVID-19 escaped from a lab or the Biden administration, and the Associated Press claiming videos that showed Joe Biden’s senility were misleading “cheap fakes.”

Liberals believe the only people who have a right to speak are themselves, and everyone else’s speech is subject to review by the media and Big Tech – institutions that the Left wholly captured long ago.
