Hoping to end the Trump administration before it began, new reports show how Barack Obama’s administration wielded the full force of the intelligence community against the incoming president by directing the FBI to devise a trap and ensnare former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.

From the moment his name was unmasked in a phone call with the Russian Ambassador, Flynn’s attorney says, “The whole thing was orchestrated and set up within the FBI, [former Director of National Intelligence James] Clapper, [Former CIA Director John] Brennan, and in the Oval Office meeting that day with President Obama.”

Many people have argued this is where the Russian collusion charade began, and President Trump himself said Obama acted illegally saying, “Some terrible things happened . . . You know what the crime is.”
