Barack Obama gave a private citizen the keys to America's deepest nuclear secrets.
Now Rand Paul just proved it happened while Fauci was funding bat virus experiments in Wuhan.

The Clearance Nobody Can Explain
Bill Gates held a Department of Energy "Q" security clearance from June 2014 through December 2021.
Seven years.

That clearance is the DOE's highest classification level – the kind reserved for nuclear weapons designers, national lab scientists, and people working on critical energy infrastructure.
Gates is a software billionaire who has never worked for the U.S. government.
The DOE confirmed the clearance in a June 30 letter to Paul, noting it "was reciprocally granted" – meaning another federal agency vetted Gates first.
The DOE won't say which agency cleared him.
It won't say what program he was cleared for.
It won't say why a private citizen needed access to Top Secret Restricted Data under the Atomic Energy Act.
Paul entered the letter into the Congressional record during last week's Senate hearing – the same hearing where Fauci sat across the table and invoked the Fifth Amendment 111 times rather than answer a single question about COVID origins.
Fauci Was Secretly Editing Gates's Pandemic Playbook
The Q clearance was just the beginning.
Paul's committee released 1,375 pages of records detailing what Gates actually had access to inside the federal government.
Fauci didn't just know Gates – he personally edited Gates's pandemic manuscript before it went to the publisher.
In January 2022, Gates sent Fauci his book for feedback.
Fauci returned tracked changes – then wrote that he gave the manuscript "in close confidence to a trusted colleague who destroyed it after reading it."

The man who told you to mask your children was running a secret editorial operation for the world's most powerful vaccine advocate.
While this was happening, NIH Director Francis Collins was scrambling internally.
Collins emailed Fauci and senior staff asking whether NIH was funding the Gates Foundation – and demanding a full accounting of every collaborative project between the two organizations.
NIH's internal review found the Gates Foundation had never applied for an NIH grant – but had been directly funding components of NIH itself.
Collins asked his staff whether Gates was "going rogue."
Then Collins was summoned to the Oval Office for a meeting with no stated agenda.
The documents don't say what was discussed.
They never do.
DARPA Opened the Door Too
The Gates Foundation didn't just have access to NIH.
On May 3, 2022, DARPA's Biological Technologies Office held a 90-minute private briefing at agency headquarters for the Gates Foundation.
The session covered four military biological threat programs: INTERCEPT, PREEMPT, Friend or Foe, and ReVector.
PREEMPT's mission is finding animal viruses before they jump to humans.
Its active projects include bat sampling across four countries and a transmissible Lassa vaccine – with an internal off switch – designed for potential deployment in West Africa.
The U.S. military's biological research division briefed a private citizen on a program to engineer a self-spreading vaccine and collect bat viruses from caves across four countries.

Paul has been warning about exactly this for years.
"Bill Gates is the largest funder of trying to find these viruses in remote caves and bring them to big cities," Paul said on Fox News last month. "What happened in China is they went 8 to 10 hours south of Wuhan, 2 to 300 feet deep into a cave, found viruses and took them back to a city of 15 million."
The Q clearance Gates held from 2014 to 2021 covers exactly those years – the years Fauci's NIAID was funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The Stonewalling Is the Story
Fauci showed up to Paul's hearing and said one sentence.
Twenty-four words – then silence for two hours.
"Under the advice of my attorneys, I will invoke my right under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution to refrain from answering your questions," he declared.
He said that 111 times.
He invoked the Fifth when asked about COVID origins.
He invoked it when asked about gain-of-function funding.
He invoked it when Paul asked him whether there was a folder sitting on the table in front of him.

Obama gave Gates top secret clearance.
Fauci edited Gates's pandemic playbook in secret.
DARPA briefed Gates on military virus programs nobody told you about.
And now the man at the center of all of it won't answer a single question under oath.
Paul's committee votes next week on whether to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress.
It's about time.
