Ron DeSantis slammed Joe Biden with this brutal reality check about Afghanistan

Joe Biden briefly emerged from hiding to attack Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

That went badly for Biden and the Democrats.

And Ron DeSantis slammed Joe Biden with this brutal reality check about Afghanistan.

Even though schools in Europe don’t recommend children wear masks in school and have operated with doors open for in person instruction without requiring masks, Joe Biden staged a rare public speech to attack Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for banning mandating masks in schools.

Parents can still choose to have their children wear masks.

Teachers and staff can still wear masks.

DeSantis’ order only bans requiring masks.

Biden – desperate to change the subject from his failure in Afghanistan – tried to claim that the real threat facing America was Republican Governors like Ron DeSantis who followed the science and didn’t mandate masks.

Appearing on Sean Hannity’s Fox News program, DeSantis fired back at Biden accusing him of obsessing about 5-year olds wearing masks in school while Afghanistan and the southern border burned.

“[H]e is obsessed, while you have all this stuff going on with Afghanistan, obviously, all the stuff at the southern border…one of the biggest border disasters in the history of our country, inflation, gas prices, and what does he do? He is obsessed with having the government force kindergartners to wear masks all day in school. In Florida, we believe that that’s the parents’ decision. Joe Biden thinks the federal government should come in and overrule the parents and force these young kids to wear these masks. And you’ve got to wonder, where are your priorities that you’re so obsessed with this issue and so obsessed with taking away parents’ rights and you’re letting Afghanistan burn, our border burn, and so many other things in our country fall to pieces?” DeSantis told Hannity.

Biden continually picking a fight with DeSantis only serves to further elevate Ron DeSantis as a future Republican presidential contender and 2024 rival should Biden survive in office long enough to run for reelection.
