Ron DeSantis went on Fox News and showed why every Democrat fears him

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis may run for President in 2024.

That’s why Democrats are trying to take him out now.

But Ron DeSantis went on Fox News and showed why every Democrat fears him.

The Democrats and the Fake News Media’s latest smear campaign against DeSantis came after he told a group of high school students at an event to take their masks off and move on from the “COVID theater.”

Journalists and Democrats pounced, smearing DeSantis as a “bully” for simply following the science and telling students they did not have to wear ineffective masks just for show.

Governor DeSantis responded to this fake outrage in an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show.

DeSantis slammed the media and Democrats, pointing out that none of the adults at the event were wearing masks and that there is no science that says healthy young children should wear cloth masks.

“Tucker, none of the adults were wearing masks and it seemed to me that someone told those kids they had to do it. So I just wanted to make it very clear they do not need to be doing it. Obviously, in Florida, it is a free state. You can do it. But I think it’s also important to point out that there is no reason to do it for young and healthy kids, especially in the State of Florida, we never had a mask mandate, of course, but our guidance from our Health Department is not to wear these cloth masks. And I think it needs to be said because people have been lied to for two years. And so I was — I didn’t want it to be thinking that they were told to do this by me because I certainly wouldn’t do that,” DeSantis began.

DeSantis turned the tables, explaining that the real bullying was closing school for nearly two years and then forcing kids to wear masks for eight hours a day despite the obvious harm to their social and educational development.

“And you know, they talk about oh, by letting someone have a choice to take off their mask and welcoming that choice, that that’s somehow bullying,” DeSantis added. “Tucker, bullying is locking kids out of school, which they did. Bullying is forcing kids to wear masks for eight hours a day, which they did for two years, and are only stopping now because the polling has changed. Bullying is kicking people out of work because of vaccine mandates. We fought all of those policies in Florida. We lifted people up, and we liberated them from local school boards and governments that imposed them.”

Ron DeSantis refuses to accept Fake News Media and Democrat narratives as fact.

That separates him from RINOs like Mitt Romney or Adam Kinzinger.

And that is why Democrats and the media fear DeSantis as a 2024 GOP Presidential contender.
