Stormy Daniels’ lawyer is in hot water after this arrest landed him behind bars

Michael Avenatti – the celebrity lawyer who represented Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against Donald Trump – is in big trouble.

Avenatti thought he could challenge Trump in 2020.

But he ended up behind bars after this arrest.

Los Angeles police officers arrested Avenatti for a felony of domestic violence on Thursday.

NBC News reports:

Michael Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels and one of President Donald Trump’s chief antagonists, has been arrested on suspicion of felony domestic abuse, multiple senior law enforcement officials told NBC News on Wednesday.

Officers in West Los Angeles responded to an incident involving Avenatti, and he was detained in the process of taking an incident report, the sources said. He was booked into jail but released on $50,000 bond Wednesday evening.

The Los Angeles Police Department said in a tweet later on Wednesday, “We can confirm that today LAPD Detectives arrested Michael Avenatti on suspicion of domestic violence.”

The department said it was “an ongoing investigation and we will provide more details as they become available.”

Avenatti also represented Julie Swetnick when she made false allegations about Brett Kavanaugh being at parties where she was gang raped.

The Senate Judiciary committee referred both Avenatti and Swetnick for criminal prosecution.

Avenatti denied these allegations and blamed Trump supporters for his arrest.

NBC also reports:

“I wish to thank the hard working men and woman of the LAPD for their professionalism they were only doing their jobs in light of the completely bogus allegations against me,” he said in the statement. “I have never been physically abusive in my life nor was I last night. Any accusations to the contrary are fabricated and meant to do harm to my reputation. I look forward to being fully exonerated.”

  1. It would be great if we could number all his footage examples on CNN and expose the Avenatti-CNN connection repeatedly. Fake news and Democrat porn lawyer.

  2. When will all the Demoncommiecratshariaideological party members on the Judiciary selection board be indicted for slander against Brett Kavanaugh?

    • No, he will not, the writing is on the wall even his fellow sharks cannot stand the man, he owes them and building contractors millions of dollars, why do you think he is so desperate for a big lawsuit playoff the man is crushed at the bottom of the Challenger Deep in debt.

  3. ROFLMMFAO ! Sorry but I can’t help myself . This guy just loves to con people and now he about to get his just deserts . I seriously doubt he had any of his clients best interests at heart and was merely chasing the proverbial ambulance .If and when found guilty his law license will be pulled and all his creditors will descend upon him . Of course that will be after Bubba has his fun down at the jail house .

  4. Just bc he is a big time layer done not mean he can escape justice. Hope they find him guilty if that is the case. Ever notice people who have money always pled not guilty. Maybe if they went the other way they might be found not guilty. To me if you pled not guilty you had better have everything in order to prove it.

  5. I hope if found guilty he is convicted and gets to spend some time in prison with big bubba, I think when he returns his speech may be of a higher pitch and maybe he will be shamed enough to stay out of the public eye.
