Donald Trump and his legal team claim they have a legitimate case to make that widespread voter fraud impacted the 2020 election.
Democrats and the Fake News Media accuse them of lying.
And the nation’s top election expert made this stunning confession about Trump’ claims of voter fraud.
Trey Trainor is the chair of the Federal Election Commission.
Chairman Trainor told Just the News that, based on his review of the current evidence, the Trump campaign would win a motion for summary judgment because in this phase of a lawsuit the judge presumes the plaintiff’s evidence to be true.
“What I would be concerned with, if I were on the other side of these election contests that are going on around the country, is that if you look at the level of evidence that has been provided by these affidavits – hundreds of affidavits that corroborate events that have happened on the ground – in a summary judgment phase of these cases, you have to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true,” Trainor explained in an interview with Just the News.
“The court has to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true and see whether or not the other side can make a case against it,” Trainor continued. “So, the massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place. And the other side really needs to answer these questions.”
Trainor’s expert commentary is a stark departure from what Americans normally hear in the Fake News Media where the President’s legal challenges are dismissed as a joke or an outright attack on democracy.
But the so-called “reporters” and pundits offering up this commentary are Democratic Party hacks and in the tank for Joe Biden.
Chairman Trainor is adding his official opinion on the matter and in examining the evidence he finds the President’s claim on widespread voter fraud credible.
