Democrats realized it was bad news the moment the Court made its intentions known.
One of Joe Biden’s biggest power grabs is now on the chopping block.
And the Supreme Court just announced one emergency decision that Joe Biden hoped to never hear.
The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals outrageously dissolved a stay blocking Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate from taking effect on January 4.
Business groups challenging the un-American power grab quickly appealed to the Supreme Court to keep the stay in place while the case wound through the legal system.
But the Supreme Court just did them one better.
Even though the Court was not scheduled to reconvene until January 10, the Justices announced an emergency session on January 7 to hear oral arguments in the challenges to Biden’s vaccine mandate for employers with more than 100 workers and for healthcare facilities that accept Medicare and Medicaid funds.
The Associated Press reports:
The Supreme Court says it will hold a special session in just over two weeks to hear arguments on the Biden administration’s vaccine or testing requirement for large employers and a separate vaccine requirement for healthcare workers, an announcement that comes amid rising coronavirus cases.
The high court announced late Wednesday that it would hear arguments in the cases on Jan. 7, an extraordinarily fast timeline. The court had not been scheduled to hear cases again until Jan. 10.
Legal experts expect the Court’s Republican appointees to strike down Biden’s vaccine mandates.
During the fall, the Court rebuked Joe Biden for using the Centers for Disease Control to issue a federal eviction moratorium.
The Justices ruled that only Congress possessed the constitutional authority to pass a law blocking evictions.
That decision is why so many Court observers believe at least five of the Republican-appointed Justices on the Supreme Court will strike down Joe Biden’s unprecedented and illegal vaccine mandate.
