This FBI raid was really bad news for Joe Biden’s Presidential campaign

Donald Trump argued for months that Joe Biden was corrupt.

The President told anyone who would listen that there were unseemly business dealings floating around the Vice President and his family.

And the President was proven correct because this FBI raid was really bad news for Joe Biden’s Presidential campaign.

The FBI raided the home of Americore Holdings CEO Grant White and one of the bankrupt chain’s hospitals as part of the company’s bankruptcy proceedings.

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s brother James is closely linked to Americore Holdings and his involvement with the company is one of the many influence peddling allegations that hover around Biden family members.

This raid is bringing new attention to a lawsuit filed by former business partners of Biden and his cronies at Americore Holdings.

In a lawsuit filed by Diverse Medical Management owners Michael Frey and his partner Dr. Mohannad Azzam, Frey and Azzam allege that James Biden boasted about his ability to exploit his connections to Joe Biden to make sure a merger between Diverse Medical Management and Americore Holdings ended up a financial success.

The lawsuit alleges that Biden and others pressured Diverse Medical Management to buy up failing local hospitals, which left Diverse financially strained and unable to make their own payroll.

RealClearInvestigations exclusively reports:

Lewitt is alleged to have alluded to the Vice President’s clout in a text message to Frey to calm the latter’s worry about legal liability to his firm over an acquisition: “Jim [Biden] told me. Don’t worry every time someone threatens to sue you you’re with us now nobody is gonna touch you.” According to the lawsuit, “It was Frey’s understanding that Lewitt was implying that DMM [Diverse Medical Management] was ‘protected’ because of Jim Biden’s connections.”

The lawsuit also alleges that after failing to deliver on several promises made to Frey and Azzam, Biden took control of their dealings with Americore. “Biden instructed that Plaintiffs should no longer speak with Americore and White, but instead should deal exclusively with the Investor Defendants and their respective agents going forward, who would ensure that Plaintiffs’ model would find its way into hospitals and thrive,” the lawsuit says.

Throughout these dealings, Biden and the other defendants in the lawsuit are said to have pushed Frey and Azzam to take out loans and buy up failing rural hospitals that they hoped to turn around. They made these investments with their own money, on the assurance that they would be paid back when Biden helped secure investments from Dogan Holding—one of Turkey’s largest conglomerates.

After the FBI raid one Americore’s co-defendants in the lawsuit – a hedge fund company that invested in Americore – moved to remove White as CEO.

This FBI raid and bankruptcy proceeding should help shed additional light on how Joe Biden’s family believed it could exploit his position as Vice President for financial gain.

Biden is hoping a strong showing in the Nevada caucus will lead to a win in South Carolina, which will propel him back into contention in the Democrat primary.

But while Biden is hoping to breathe new life into his campaign, questions about his family’s “Swampy” behavior await him if he succeeds in clawing his way back into contention.
