Attorney General William Barr made it his mission to get to the bottom of the crimes committed by Barack Obama and his Deep State allies in the 2016 election.
Barr is overseeing two investigations into how the Russian Collusion Hoax started and the FBI’s conduct in trying to frame Donald Trump for coordinating with Russia during the election.
And now, this report shocked William Barr over Barack Obama’s Deep State.
Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz is set to release his report on the FBI’s actions in obtaining FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.
Horowitz’s report will outline several major mistakes and find fault in the FBI’s procedures.
The Inspector General even referred one FBI lawyer for criminal prosecution after it was alleged he altered documents.
But it’s rumored Horowitz will claim in the report that the FBI was justified in investigating the Trump campaign for suspected Russian collusion.
And Attorney General William Barr is making it known he is unhappy with this finding.
The Washington Post reports:
Attorney General William P. Barr has told associates he disagrees with the Justice Department’s inspector general on one of the key findings in an upcoming report — that the FBI had enough information in July 2016 to justify launching an investigation into members of the Trump campaign, according to people familiar with the matter…
…Barr has not been swayed by Horowitz’s rationale for concluding that the FBI had sufficient basis to open an investigation on July 31, 2016, these people said…
…The attorney general has privately contended that Horowitz does not have enough information to reach the conclusion the FBI had enough details in hand at the time to justify opening such a probe. He argues that other U.S. agencies, such as the CIA, may hold significant information that could alter Horowitz’s conclusion on that point, according to the people familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations.
Horowitz was appointed by Barack Obama.
He also only had access to the Department of Justice and the FBI and no other Deep State agencies like the CIA.
That’s why it appears his report has reached a flawed conclusion, plagued by a combination of not having all the evidence and trying to cover up for old allies.
