When asked, “who do you think has been a better President,” Trump beats Biden 53 to 47 percent, and when asked, “if the 2024 election for President were held today, who would you vote for,” Trump beats Biden 46 to 40 percent.
Of course, with Joe Biden’s approval ratings at rock bottom, many Democrats are talking about replacing him with someone else in 2024.
One potential replacement for Joe Biden is Kamala Harris, who is the least popular Vice President in the past 50 years.
However, Harris didn’t fare any better off than Joe Biden in a head-to-head hypothetical matchup against Donald Trump.
When asked, “if the 2024 election for President were held today, who would you vote for,” Trump beats Kamala Harris 49 to 39 percent.
Another potential Democrat name in the mix for the 2024 nomination if Joe Biden steps aside is Hillary Clinton.
Even though the poll didn’t ask voters about a hypothetical matchup between Trump and Hillary Clinton, based on their approval ratings, Trump would destroy Clinton if he ran against her in 2024.
Donald Trump has a net favorability of +3, while Hillary Clinton has a net favorability of -18.
Overall, Donald Trump’s net favorability rating is 17 points higher than Joe Biden’s, 18 points above Kamala Harris’, and 21 points above Hillary Clinton’s.
This is not good for the Democrats.
Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Hillary Clinton are three potential 2024 candidates.
