Tom Brady took one shot at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce that had all hell breaking loose

Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce and pop megastar Taylor Swift have become the biggest celebrity couple in the country.

They appeared to be on top of the world with their romance in full blossom.

But Tom Brady took one shot at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce that had all hell breaking loose.

Tom Brady ribs Taylor Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs at his Netflix roast

Former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was skewered by comedians, celebrities, and his former football teammates on Netflix’s The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady Live Comedy Special, hosted by comedian Kevin Hart.

Brady had jokes cracked at his expense at the live and uncensored event by stars like his former Patriots coach Bill Belichick, actor Ben Affleck, and his former Patriots teammate Drew Bledsoe.

While the future Hall of Fame quarterback was on the receiving end of the jokes most of the night, he managed to fire off some of his own.

Brady – a seven-time Super Bowl champion – was part of arguably the greatest dynasty in NFL history with the Patriots.

He ribbed the Kansas City Chiefs and pop star Taylor Swift who became a regular at their games last year to support boyfriend tight end Travis Kelce.

“Kansas City, you say your stadium is the loudest,” Brady said. “It helps when all your fans are 14-year-old girls.”

The famously competitive quarterback referenced Swift’s Eras Tour and her song “Shake it Off” to point out the Chiefs – who’ve won three Super Bowls in five seasons – success is recent.

“And in honor of Tay-Tay, let’s take a look at the Chiefs’ Eras,” Brady joked. “Terrible for 50 years, good for five (years). Shake it off.”

The good-natured ribbing of Swift and the Chiefs provoked some reactions from the pop star’s legions of fans known as “Swifties” online.

“Taylor is literally SO quiet rn and yet she is on everyone’s mind oh taygod, the legend that you are,” a Swift fan said on social media.

“Did a 15 yr old boy write this joke?” another Swiftie wrote.

Kelce said on his podcast, New Heights, last year that his relationship with Swift raised her fans’ interest in the NFL.

“It’s fun, man. I’m having a blast in life, baby. Just flyin’ high. Enjoying it all,” Kelce said. “Bringing new lives to the football world, and opening the football world up to new things as well.”

Brady cracks on some of his former NFL rivals

During his roast, Brady didn’t contain his zingers to the Chiefs and Swift.

He mocked the Patriots AFC East rival, the Buffalo Bills, and their rowdy fanbase known as the Bills Mafia for their lack of success.

“Bills fans call themselves the Bills Mafia,” Brady said. “How are you the f***ing mafia? At least the mafia has a ring you could kiss.”

And he fired off a zinger at the New York Giants – who beat him in the Super Bowl twice – and the team’s former quarterback Eli Manning.

“And Giants fans,” Brady said. “F*** Eli and f*** you, twice.”

The biggest celebrity couple in the country got some good-natured ribbing from the greatest quarterback of all time.
