Tucker Carlson just caught two Democrat Senators breaking this major law

Democrats got some bad news.

It came from the most high profile source.

And Tucker Carlson just caught two Democrat Senators breaking this major law in a shocking way.

Tucker Carlson took Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth and Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono to task for their pledge to oppose all Biden nominees until Biden appointed more minority nominees.

“Tammy Duckworth of Minnesota and Mazie Hirono of Hawaii publicly informed the White House that until the Biden administration puts more people they like in powerful jobs, they will refuse to confirm any white nominees. Quote, ‘I’m a no vote on the floor on all non-diversity nominees,’ Duckworth said, out loud with cameras rolling. I will vote for racial minorities and I will vote for LGBTQ, but anybody else I’m not voting for,’” Carlson stated.

Carlson pointed out that denying an individual a federal job based on race violated the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

“Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act opens this way, quote: ‘No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color or national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.’ End quote,” Carlson added.

Duckworth and Hirono quickly backed down from their racist threat to only vote on nominees based on their skin color.

Instead, Biden appeased Duckworth and Hirono by appointing a liaison on Asian nominees.

Duckworth and Hirono are considered two of the most radical identity politics practitioners in Congress.

Last summer, Duckworth sided with rioters who wanted to tear down statues of George Washington.

But her comments that she would only support nominees based on a racial litmus test was something out of the ugly segregation era.
