New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is mad as hell and wants revenge.
Her target is the Supreme Court.
And what Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants to do to Brett Kavanaugh will leave you speechless.
Leftists fumed over the Dobb’s v. Jackson Women’s Health decision, where conservatives achieved a long-time goal of overturning Roe v. Wade.
Ocasio-Cortez appeared on Meet the Press and outlined her plan for retribution.
Host and pro-abortion activist Chuck Todd asked Ocasio-Cortez what she would like to see happen next.
Ocasio-Cortez declared Democrats in Congress should impeach Justices Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch for lying under oath about their intentions to overturn Roe v. Wade.
“I believe lying under oath is an impeachable offense,” Ocasio-Cortez said on Meet the Press, falsely claiming that conservative Supreme Court Justices perjured themselves during their confirmation hearings. “I believe that violating federal law in not disclosing income from political organizations, as Clarence Thomas did years ago, is also potentially an impeachable offense. I believe that not recusing from cases that one clearly has family members involved in with very deep violations of conflict of interest are also impeachable offenses.”

Ocasio-Cortez then spread disinformation about Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch giving Senators Joe Manchin and Susan Collins private assurances that they would vote to uphold Roe v. Wade.
“I believe that [impeachment] is something that should be very seriously considered, including by Senators like Joe Manchin and Susan Collins,” Ocasio-Cortez added.
Manchin added fuel to the fire by lying that Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh testified during their confirmation hearings that Roe v. Wade was settled law.
“I trusted Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh when they testified under oath that they also believed Roe v. Wade was settled legal precedent, and I am alarmed they chose to reject the stability the ruling has provided for two generations of Americans,” Manchin declared.
Gorsuch and Kavanaugh did no such thing.
Both said Roe was precedent and that the Court should respect precedent.
However, the Justices were never bound to slavishly follow precedent no matter what.
Ocasio-Cortez’s deranged conspiracy theory that Kavanugh, Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett perjured themselves during these confirmation hearings is disinformation.
