Joe Biden cost Democrats big time.
Biden just caused a calamity of epic proportions.
And what Joe Biden just killed sent Democrats scrambling into panic mode.
Joe Biden stealing classified documents and hiding them at his Communist Chinese funded think tank in Washington, D.C. set American politics ablaze.
As soon as this bombshell went public, Americans immediately compared Biden stealing classified documents as Vice President to the FBI raiding Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in a document dispute.
On ABC’s left-wing talk show, The View, fake Republican and diehard Never-Trump co-host Alyssa Farrah Griffin admitted the discovery of classified documents at Biden’s think complicated Attorney General Merrick Garland’s goal of indicting Trump on Espionage Act charges for possessing classified documents.
“I want to be clear that the facts are different from the Trump case, however, I think this is a huge win for Trump,” Farrah Griffin stated. “Because if you’re Merrick Garland, who is already extremely cautious and doesn’t want to break the longstanding precedent of not indicting a President, it’s very hard to make the case that Donald Trump should be indicted for this.”
Farrah Griffin went even further by saying it “killed” the case.
“Even though the facts are different, when he can argue: ‘Well, now the Vice President also took home classified documents.’ I think this kills the case,” Farrah Griffin added.
Co-host Sunny Hostin tried to claim the circumstances were different because the FBI found nearly 300 classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, whereas Biden’s lawyers claimed to have found around a dozen classified documents at his think tank.
“He had top secret information, including things that would have put people’s lives in danger, including nuclear documents, and there were 300 documents found, so I think you cannot compare one to the other. It’s like comparing apples to orangutans,” Hostin added.
Farrah Griffin rejected that false equivalency by noting that it doesn’t matter how many classified documents you keep in your possession.
“The legal standard is not where you keep the classified documents, the only place it could be is a SCIF [Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility], so even if you put a lock on the door, that doesn’t legally change the fact that you did not transport them securely,” Farrah Griffin declared.
There is also one really key difference in these two scenarios.
Donald Trump had the power to declassify these documents when he served as President, whereas Joe Biden did not have the authority as Vice President.
