William Barr is about to make this major decision about his future

Attorney General William Barr is under fire.

The President and millions of his supporters are unhappy with his performance.

And now William Barr is about to make this major decision about his future.

President Trump was outraged when William Barr told the Associated Press the Department of Justice found no evidence of widespread voter fraud that changed the outcome of the 2020 election.

The President and many of his supporters had already become disillusioned with Barr over the lack of criminal charges against FBI and Obama administration officials over their role in the coup attempt to overthrow President Trump using the Russian collusion hoax.

There is some speculation that President Trump may remove Barr before January 20.

And in response Barr leaked to The Washington Post that President Trump can’t fire him because Barr may quit first instead.

The Washington Post reported that, “Barr, in his second stint as the nation’s top law enforcement official, since the fall has been the target of growing criticism from President Trump and his supporters – public attacks that intensified in recent days after the attorney general said the Justice Department had not found evidence of widespread voter fraud that could affect the outcome of the presidential contest. But people close to the attorney general, speaking on the condition of anonymity to describe private conversations, said Barr’s contemplation of resigning before Jan. 20 predates that fresh burst of criticism from the right.”

President Trump and his supporters placed a lot of faith in Bill Barr.

Attorney General Barr talked a big game about investigating the origins of the Russian collusion hoax.
And before the election, Barr declared on fake news CNN that it was only common sense that mass mail-in voting would lead to fraud.

But on both fronts, Attorney General Barr so far proved to be a disappointment.

And that may very well be his legacy from his time in office.
