You won’t believe why a Joe Biden ally vanished without a trace during one major crisis

Joe Biden suffered another political body blow.

This latest stumble came on an issue that is front and center in the minds of every American.

And you won’t believe why a Joe Biden ally vanished without a trace during one major crisis.

America is facing a supply chain crisis.

Democrat-supported lockdowns created backlogs at American ports that led to massive inflation and the shortage of everyday goods at the supermarket, hardware store, car dealerships, and almost every other facet of American life.

Normally Americans would expect the Transportation Secretary to be front and center explaining how the administration intended to solve a crisis that threatened to impose massive economic suffering and calamity on the nation.

But Biden regime Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was nowhere to be found.

Buttigieg was off the radar and completely AWOL.

Biden officials finally solved the mystery by leaking to POLITICO that Buttigieg was off on paternity leave with husband Chasten since mid-August after the homosexual couple adopted a baby.

POLITICO West Wing Playbook reported:

They didn’t previously announce it, but Buttigieg’s office told West Wing Playbook that the secretary has actually been on paid leave since mid-August to spend time with his husband, Chasten, and their two newborn babies.

“For the first four weeks, he was mostly offline except for major agency decisions and matters that could not be delegated,” said a spokesperson for the Department of Transportation. “He has been ramping up activities since then.” As he does that, Buttigieg will “continue to take some time over the coming weeks to support his husband and take care of his new children,” the spokesperson added.

Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn blasted Buttigieg for abandoning his post in the middle of a national catastrophe caused in large part by the shutdowns supported by Democrats.

“We’re in the middle of a transportation crisis, and Pete Buttigieg is sitting at home. Meanwhile, cargo boats are unable to dock and shelves are sitting empty. Pete needs to either get back to work or leave the Department of Transportation. It’s time to put American families first,” Blackburn told Breitbart news.
