Bernie Sanders Just Told the Man Who Elected Bill Clinton to Get Out of the Party

James Carville put Bill Clinton in the White House.

Now Bernie Sanders just told him there is no room for him in the Democrat Party.

Sanders said it on CNN Tuesday night – and the man who replaced Carville is a streamer who said America deserved 9/11.

The Party Carville Built Is Gone

Carville built his reputation on one rule: winning is everything.

That's why he's panicking right now.

Progressive socialist candidates are knocking off Democrat incumbents across the country.

Abdul El-Sayed – Sanders-endorsed, Piker-backed – just won Michigan's Senate Democrat primary Tuesday night over Haley Stevens, the candidate carrying Chuck Schumer's blessing and AIPAC money.

Melat Kiros already hammered 15-term incumbent Diana DeGette in Colorado back in June.

Carville looked at all of this and said what every sane Democrat is thinking: the party isn't big enough for both James Carville and Hasan Piker.

Sanders' response was essentially: don't let the door hit you.

What Democrats Are Welcoming Into Their House

Here is who Bernie Sanders just declared welcome in his "big tent."

Hasan Piker said America deserved the September 11 attacks.

He called Mao Zedong "one of the great leaders of this world."

He said he would "vote for Hamas over Israel every single time."

He dismissed evidence of sexual assault against Israeli women on October 7, saying it didn't matter whether rapes had occurred.

The Anti-Defamation League called Piker's rhetoric a normalization of antisemitism and said his presence at the College Democrats of America convention was "deeply concerning."

Democrat Congressman Ritchie Torres of New York wrote to Twitch and Amazon executives warning that Piker has "emerged as the poster child for the post-October 7th outbreak of antisemitism in America."

And Abdul El-Sayed – who won a Senate primary Tuesday – is Piker's political ally, campaigning alongside him at University of Michigan rallies this spring.

Nixon Won 49 States the Last Time Democrats Did This

This isn't the first time the hard left captured the Democrat Party machinery and steered it into a wall.

In 1972, progressive activists dismantled the convention rules that had kept party elders in control, sidelined organized labor, and handed the nomination to George McGovern.

McGovern lost 49 states.

Richard Nixon won 520 electoral votes.

The silent majority spoke with a sledgehammer.

Democrats eventually figured it out – Bill Clinton ran from the center in 1992 and won two terms.

But that lesson is now 34 years old, and the people teaching it are being told to go start their own party.

The 2026 version isn't just a presidential candidate being too liberal.

It's a full-scale hostile takeover of the party apparatus – primaries, incumbents, Senate races – driven by candidates who campaign alongside a man who cheered the murder of 3,000 Americans and lionized a communist dictator responsible for tens of millions of deaths.

What Sanders Actually Revealed Tuesday Night

He didn't just defend Piker.

He said the party he belongs to – the one Piker belongs to – is the real Democrat Party now.

He said Carville's wing – the wing that actually wins elections – is welcome to leave.

He framed AIPAC support and hesitation on Gaza as disqualifying.

He framed taking money from AI and crypto as disqualifying.

But a man who said America deserved 9/11? He’s welcome in the big tent.

That tells you everything about where the Democrat Party is heading.

Carville is 81 years old.

He's watched this movie before.

He knows how it ends.

And the people running the projector just told him the theater doesn't want him anymore.
